Inspired by the river ecology, the layout is a constructed to response to the natural course of water as it moves from higher to lower levels.

 

The idea is triggered from the name of the place, Sg. Nibong, where it flowed though the area in the old days, where nibung palm grew.

 

The urban fabric is organized by a series of green walkway and nodes, infusing the overall development  with a strong sense of nature by creating natural corridors of light, air, flora, and fauna, and providing numerous open spaces for leisure and recreation.
